Kanyonyore Vocational school(KVS) is a private owned tertiary institution with support from EDAfrica , mandated to provide knowledge and skilled through hands on training and education in areas of hotel management, hospitality and tourism, hair dressing and Tailoring. The school corroborates with various hotel, hospitality institutions and other businesses where students exercise their skills gained during industrial training.

School Insitute & Accredation
Kanyonyore Vocational School offers a diverse array of hands-on, practical training programs across departments such as Tourism and Hospitality Management, Institutional Catering, Domestic Housekeeping, Childcare and Elderly Care, Fashion and Design, Cosmetology and Hairdressing, Building and Construction, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Electrical Installation and Engineering, and Business and Entrepreneurship. The School is accredited by the Uganda Vocational and Technical Assessment Board (UVTAB)—the national authority established under the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Act of 2025 to centrally oversee, assess, and certify competencies obtained through both formal and informal TVET pathways in Uganda. This accreditation ensures that Kanyonyore’s programs adhere to national competence-based assessment standards, preparing students effectively for employment, entrepreneurship, or further education while meeting modern industry requirements
